Set within 200 acres of Suffolk countryside and just an hour from London, the Royal Hospital School is a leading co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 11–18. It offers a broad, holistic education designed to equip pupils with the skills and confidence to prepare them for life beyond RHS. Founded in 1712 in Greenwich to educate the children of naval seafarers, the school relocated to Suffolk in 1933. In 2025, it became part of the Inspired Learning Group, continuing its development as one of the region’s leading independent schools.

Pupils benefit from a dynamic learning environment where traditional values inspire innovation and academic challenge extends beyond the mainstream curriculum. With around 550 pupils, half of whom are boarders, the campus provides a welcoming home from home.
