Concord College

Concord is an academically focussed international community with a strong culture of excellence and joyful learning. Concord students love to learn and are ambitious for their futures. They are able to pursue their dreams in a safe, calm and supportive place, where ideas can be shared and where inquisitiveness and independence of thought are celebrated. Students are expected to display mutual respect and to promote harmony, decency and trust.

Students achieve excellent exam results. In 2025, 83% of A Levels were graded A*/A and 45 students got three or more A*s. GCSE results are equally impressive with 87% of grades at 9-7. Many students secure places at top universities. This year 12 Concordians started at Oxford or Cambridge and 30 students took up places for Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary courses. Overall in 2025, 100 students entered ‘World Top 50’ Universities, including Imperial College London, UCL, LSE, NYU, UC Berkeley, UCLA and HKU.

Concord has a comprehensive enrichment programme that offers a wide range of extracurricular activities that students may choose to participate in, including sports, outdoor education, charity organisations, creative arts and other clubs and societies. Students can choose to create and lead societies. The emphasis is on personal development for each individual. Some activities form part of the stretching super curriculum which challenges our students and offers exceptional support for them in pursuing specific university ambitions.

Concord is a happy, kind and hard-working community in which students are polite, articulate and conscientious, without losing their sense of fun
